We offer a 30-day return policy on all full-price merchandise. The return window begins on the day your order is delivered to you. 

To lodge a return please contact us with your order number.  

  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for pierced earrings. 
  • All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.
  • Postage will be at the buyer's expense.  We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages. 
  • Please note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom made items. These items include custom engraving, stamped tags, custom initial/letter necklaces and bracelets, custom made jewellery upon request. 

RETURNS FAQ's

If you would like to return an item within 30 days of its delivery to you, please email our Customer Service team.

Yes, you will need to cover the cost of return postage and this amount will not be refunded to you.

Please note: Your original shipping fee is also non-refundable and will be removed from your refundable amount.

Please return all unused items enclosed in a padded bag or box to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

Please include your name and order number inside the bag or box so we can identify you items upon arrival.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3-4 business days of your item being received by the Trendy Street Jewelry Customer Service Team.

Once your item has been received and refunded, you will be notified via email.
