Good news! We're officially one of Australia's Afterpay Online Stores. If you're in Australia you can shop for jewellery online from us now and pay for it later with Afterpay.
Read on to learn more about Afterpay shopping and how you can Afterpay jewellery when shopping in our online jewellery store, along with many other shops that use Afterpay.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a secure payment option available to Australian customers. In brief it allows you to:
- Shop now
- Have your order delivered now
- Pay over 4 fortnightly instalments (interest free)
It's a bit like layby, except you get to have your Afterpay jewellery shipped straight away.
If you use Afterpay to pay for your order in our Australian online jewellery shop, you'll arrange to make payments over 4 fortnightly instalments. The instalments will be of equal amounts which are automatically deducted from your nominated credit or debit card: that gives you around 2 months to pay off your purchases.
Afterpay does not charge interest and provided your repayments are made on time, you'll only pay for the price of the item you've purchased. What's not to love about that? For full details see Afterpay's Terms.
How do I use Afterpay in the Australian jewellery online store?
It's easy: simply select Afterpay as your payment method during checkout. You'll complete your payment securely via Afterpay. Approval is instant, even if you've not used Afterpay before.
Once your payment goes through your payments will automatically be deducted from your account over 4 fortnightly instalments.
Note that your payment arrangement is made with Afterpay directly, so Trendy Street Jewelry has no involvement with payments from that point on, nor are we ever in possession of your credit card details.
Am I eligible to use Afterpay?
Afterpay requirements are:
- You must be over 18 years old
- You must be an authorised holder of an eligible debit or credit card
- You must be an Australian resident
- All orders are subject to Afterpay’s approval and spending limits may apply
