Here's what my typical day in the life of a business owner looks like - I wake up around 4.30am and make myself a cup of coffee. I'm usually the only one awake in my house at this time, so I'll get things organised for work and have another cup of coffee before I leave. (My hubby looks after the twins during the day while I'm working.) I usually arrive to work by 6am and I'll quickly reply to our messages and emails, and set out my to-do list for that day.
Generally my day to day involves first cleaning everything with disinfectant wipes then packaging orders to be posted that day, making new jewellery, taking new picture's of items, using machines and electric engravers etc. I spend the bulk of my time planning ahead, for example, currently I'm planning for a collection that won't be live for a couple more months yet!
If customers have elected to picking up their orders that day, I usually meet them at the post office around 12pm - Then I head back to my studio and have lunch. Other times hubby will come in and collect the order to be posted for me. Fridays I get to hang out with my family at home and have a family lunch! We usually order Macca's as that's the twins favourite meal.
In the afternoons, I usually finish up any task I had set out on my to-do list, and plan again for upcoming days and weeks. I would honestly be so lost without my planner. Once I've finished for the day, I go around my studio and clean everything up and wipe things down with disinfectant wipes.
I usually finish work at 5:30pm, and head off home to see my family.
My day then usually closes out with some hearty dinner at home followed by either Netflix or Stan. My go-to at the moment on Netflix is The 100 and on Stan I'm currently watching The 4400. I usually watch horror movies but lately there haven't been any worth watching. If you have any recommendations, please let me know!

I do have some left and I can make a custom order for you, if you like. I’ll be in touch with you shortly.
Yes, I certainly do have a supportive partner :-) I feel very lucky to have him. It helps the twins will be starting kindy soon! :-)
I hope that you’re well and that business is thriving!
Just wondering if you have any of the ‘pearl’ earrings that you no longer stock. I am particularly looking for blue colors as I keep losing one of my pair. Even if you have odd ones I would be interested.
PS I just read your daily routine – boy what a day. You must have a very supportive partner to be able to focus on your work as successfully as you do.
